§ 1004. State Police
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the State Police in the Department of
Public Safety except for matters of discipline, disciplinary action, transfer, or
suspension and those items specifically covered by statute. (Added 1969, No. 113, § 1; amended 1971, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 16, eff. April 3, 1972; 1977, No. 109, § 13, eff. July 3, 1977.)
