  • § 537. Confidentiality

    The Treasurer shall establish policies and procedures, consistent with the Vermont Public Records Act and other statutory provisions, for the Program participants’ personal and confidential information. (Added 2023, No. 43, § 1, eff. July 1, 2023.)
