§ 901. Definitions [Repealed effective May 1, 2027]
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Commission” means the Vermont Truth and Reconciliation Commission, including its
commissioners, committees, and staff.
(2) “Consultation” means a meaningful and timely process of seeking, discussing, and considering
carefully the views of others in a manner that is cognizant of all parties’ cultural
values.
(3) “Panel” means the Selection Panel established pursuant to section 904 of this chapter.
(4) “Record” means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or
