Chapter 017 : Vermont State Plane Coordinate System

(Cite as: 1 V.S.A. § 678)

  • § 678. Severability

    If any provision of this chapter shall be declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other portion of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision; and to this end, the provisions of this chapter are declared severable. (Added 1987, No. 169 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. May 3, 1988.)
