Chapter 511: Fairfax Fire District No. 1
§ 1. Creation of Fire District
Fairfax Fire District No. 1, within the corporate limits presently established, shall continue to be a fire district and municipal corporation by the name of the Fairfax Fire District No. 1. (Added 2023, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. February 1, 2024.)
§ 2. Boundaries
The boundaries of Fairfax Fire District No. 1, as recorded with the Town of Fairfax, are bounded on the north by Bessette Road, the west by Highland Road, the south by Brick Church Road, and the east by VT Route 104. (Added 2023, No. M-17 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. February 1, 2024.)
