- John Morley III is a lifelong resident of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. He is a graduate of Lake Region Union High School and the University of Vermont. Senator Morley currently works as a first-class lineman and serves as Village Manager and an elected Trustee for the Village of Orleans. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority (VPPSA). Previously, Senator Morley served three terms in the Vermont House of Representatives and has served on the boards of the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA), the Northeastern Vermont Development Association (NVDA), and the Orleans/Essex VNA and Hospice.
