- THOMAS CHARLTON (Windsor-Windham district) is an 8th generation Vermonter with a 50 year residency in the town of Chester. Tom is an Eagle Scout and ordained Baptist pastor, he holds three college degrees and currently runs his own timber-framing business. He is an avid outdoorsman, a lifetime youth volunteer, and proud dad to three grown sons.
