- SANDRA H. PINSONAULT of Dorset, Bennington County, Republican, was born in Rutland, and grew up in Manchester. She has been a resident of Dorset since 1982. She was married to her husband, Danny, for 40 years prior to his passing in 2023. They have one son, one daughter, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law and three grandsons. Sandy was elected Town Clerk of Dorset in 2005 and Town Treasurer in 2000. In 2009, Sandy was awarded Town Clerk of the Year by the Vermont Municipal Clerks’ and Treasurers’ Association. She has served on the Vermont League of City and Towns Board of Trustees. She is a member of Harned Fowler VFW Auxiliary 6471, VMCTA, New England Association of City and Town Clerks, and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Vermont Veterans Home and is President of the Department of Vermont Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
