- Jim Casey is a lifelong resident of Rutland County, alongside his wife of 36 years, Lisa. They reside in Hubbardton, where they raised their two adult daughters and now have two grandchildren. Jim has been a building contractor for 35 years and is an avid outdoorsman. He has been a member of the Hubbardton Select Board since 2013.
