Biography
EDYE GRANING of Jericho graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Organizational and Child Psychology. Early in her career, she worked for Starfish Family Services in Inkster, MI as the Director of Human Resources. Most recently she has been working as a corporate trainer, creating and facilitating courses in activism, EQ, social equity, and leadership. She currently serves as the chair of the Board of Directors of the Mount Mansfield School District and has served on the board since 2013.
She is vice president of the University of Michigan Vermont Alumni Club and serves on the State League Committee for the USTA Vermont chapter.
She was a Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader and has been an alumni recruiter for the University of Michigan since 2003.
She enjoys tennis, hiking, golf, skiing (both Nordic and alpine), reading, baking, and eating chocolate. She is currently learning to play disc golf.
Edye has been married to Michael Graning since 1994. They have two adult children, Josh and Ari.
