- MARY HOWARD has lived in Rutland County for more than forty years. She has worked for three of Rutland County's major employers: Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Graybar Electric Company, and, for more than a decade, the Rutland County State's Attorney Office. Mary Howard has served her community as a United Way volunteer, serving on the Allocations Committee. Mary participated as a team captain for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life fundraiser. For nearly twenty years, Mary has been a political volunteer in Rutland County and a Board Member of BROC. Mary was married to her husband, the late James, for 46 years. She has two children. Mary serves on the House General and Housing Committee as Clerk and is Co-Chair of the Vermont Worker’s Caucus.
