Joint Legislative Environmental Oversight Committee
Repealed on July 1, 2029 by 2026, Act 152 (S.325), Sec. 10(h).
The Joint Legislative Environmental Oversight Committee was created by 2 V.S.A. § 1031 to exercise oversight over the Land Use Review Board and Agency of Natural Resources permitting processes.
