§ 15.10. Service of process on foreign corporation
Service of process on a foreign corporation is governed by 12 V.S.A. subchapter 6, chapter 25 and by the Vermont Rules of Civil Procedure. (Added 1993, No. 85, § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1994.)
