- PAUL CLIFFORD was born and raised in Rutland, Vermont. For many years, he worked at FW Webb Company as a waterworks sales representative. He has served on the Rutland City Board of Alderman, and the Rutland Town Selectboard, and as Public Works Commissioner and Highway Foreman for the Rutland Department of Public Works. Paul was an AAU basketball coach and assistant varsity basketball coach for Rutland High School. He lives in Rutland with his wife, Lisa. They have three adult children. Paul enjoys golf, hunting, and ATV riding.
