- Logan Nicoll is a third generation resident of Ludlow. He graduated from Black River High School and from UVM with a Bachelor’s of Science in Community Development. He has been a member of the Ludlow Planning Commission since 2012 and a member of the Ludlow Selectboard since 2014. He loves taking road trips with his wife, spending time with his dog and snowboarding. He currently works as a maintenance/IT technician at the Castle Hill Resort and Spa in Proctorsville, and has otherwise worked as a builder and painter since high school.
