- Kelley Tully is a seventh-generation Vermonter, born and raised in Rockingham, Vermont. She grew up in the village of Bellows Falls prior to moving a few miles outside the village limits. Kelley was educated in Rockingham prior to college. She holds a BS in biology from Wilkes University in PA and a BS in nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. A registered nurse, Kelley worked in a hospital setting for twenty-five years, as well as in nursing education in both hospital and community college settings. She has experience as a school nurse and currently works in occupational health. Kelley Tully is the owner of a small business C&H Transportation and vice president of a third-generation family business in Bellows Falls. Tully is active in her community as a coach and mentor. She has volunteered for years in the Rockingham school system and town recreation department and Vermont Academy. Kelley serves on the board of incorporators of Kurn Hattin Homes for Children, secretary of the Bellows Falls Area Development Corporation, is on the Town of Rockingham Transportation Committee, and works with the Vermont Rural Development Council Bellows Falls Project. She is a past recipient of the Great Falls Regional Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year award.
