- MARIANNA GAMACHE OF SWANTON, Franklin County, was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, received her B.S. Degree in Special Education and Psychology from SUNY at Old Westbury, NY. She later joined that university as a College Admissions Officer until relocating to Florida, where joined the admissions staff of Florida Atlantic University as an Admissions Officer. In 1995 she married her now deceased husband (Paul Gamache of St Albans) and moved to Vermont. She was elected as a Vermont Delegate to the 2010 Republican National Convention, as well as the Vermont Republican Platform Committee 2010, 2012, 2014; elected as Franklin County Republican Financial Chair 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and elected to the Board of Civil Authority 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018.
