- ROBERT L. BANCROFT of Westford, Chittenden County, Republican, was born in Barre, VT. He became a resident of current town in 1983. He graduated with a BA from the University of Vermont and received a MS from UVM. He received a PhD from Purdue University. He is a self-employed economist. He served on the Westford Selectboard for 12 years and on the Westford School Board for two years.
