- RACHAEL FIELDS of Bennington, Bennington County, Democrat, was born in Tempe, Arizona. She moved to Bennington with her family in 1992. Rachael attended Mt. Anthony Union High and now is a licensed Nursing Assistant. Rachael has worked at the Vermont Veterans Home for nearly ten years, caring for Vermont's veterans and their spouses. She has served as a chapter Vice President, Council member, Bylaws Committee Chair and is currently a steward and a Trustee to the Board for the Vermont State Employees Association. Rachael is married to Andrew.
