- LARRY "COOPER" CUPOLI of Rutland, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Rutland, Vermont. Occupation: Salesman for Kinney Motors. Education: Graduated from Mount St. Joseph Academy, Rutland, VT and received a business degree from Southern Vermont College, Bennington, VT. Larry is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, past President of the Pico Ski Club. Member of American Legion Post 31 and a 42-year member of Elks (BPOE 345) Rutland, VT. He is married to Patricia, they have two girls and one boy.
