- COREY J. PARENT of St. Albans City, Franklin County, Republican, was born in St. Albans, Vermont. Occupation: business and process improvement at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Corey graduated from Bellows Free Academy St. Albans and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, with a BA in economics and government. Corey serves on the Economic Restructuring Committee of the St. Albans Downtown Board, on the Board of Directors for the St. Albans Amateur Skating Association, and is a coach for the St. Albans Steeler Youth Football program. Corey lives in St. Albans with his girlfriend Samantha, and their golden retriever, Charlie.
