- KEVIN J. MULLIN of Rutland Town, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Rutland, Vermont, on November 19, 1958. Occupation: CEO Glenwood Movieplex Corp. He was educated at Rutland High School, Rutland, Vermont, and Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont (BS, Business, Finance Major). He and his wife, Cynthia, have two children, Brett and Bartley. Former member, Rutland Town school board; former member, Rutland Town board of auditors; Vermont State Transportation Board; Community Development Block Grant Board; Rutland Regional Planning Commission; Rutland City board of aldermen; Marble Valley Regional Transit District, former vice-chair; Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce Legislative Issues Committee, former chair.
