- KEVIN J. MULLIN of Rutland Town, Rutland County, Republican, was born in Rutland, Vermont, on November 19, 1958. Occupation: CEO GLENWOOD MOVIEPLEX CORP. He was educated at Rutland High School, Rutland, Vermont and Castleton State College, Castleton, Vermont (B.S., Business, Finance Major). He and his wife Cynthia have two children, Brett and Bartley. Former member; Rutland Town school board, former member; Rutland Town board of auditors; Vermont State Transportation Board; Community Development Block Grant Board; Rutland Regional Planning Commission; Rutland City board of aldermen; Marble Valley Regional Transi District, former vice-chair; Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce Legislative Issues Committee, former chair. Member, Health Access Oversight Committee and Natl. Leg. Assoc. on Fair Prescription Drug Pricing, Vermont Public Sector Chair, American Legislative Exchange Council, Asst.
