Capitol Complex Security Advisory Committee

Repealed on June 30, 2024 by 2016, Act 88, Sec. 3a, as amended by 2019, Act 42, Sec. 24; 2021, Act 50, Sec. 23; and 2023, Act 69, Sec. 33.

The Capitol Complex Security Advisory Committee set forth in 2 V.S.A. § 991 was created by 2016, Act 88, Sec. 1 to review and coordinate security in the Capitol Complex and enhance communication, operability, and efficiency on security issues in the Capitol Complex among the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches.
