The Special Committee on Capitol Complex Flood Recovery was created by 2024, Act 162 (H.882 – Capital Bill), Sec. 27 to review and recommend alterations to proposals and plans for Capitol Complex flood recovery, and may, as necessary, grant approval to proposals and plans for Capitol Complex flood recovery.
