He will discuss the status of major trade negotiations--including the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA), how the TPPA could affect areas of interest to state goverments including toabcco control, pharmaceutical reimbursement programs, and procurement, and what policy makers can learn from recent trade disputes that the United States and Canada have lost.
