Goals for Committee

Discuss and agree to three goals by June 30, 2011

Members will select which Goal they are most interested in, with at least 3 members for each goal.

The Goal groups will meet to determine how they will develop and agree on 3 measures of success prior to the meeting on Friday March 11. A designate of the group will send a report back to members before the next meeting.

Each goal group will also begin to develop a 90 Day action Plan spelling out what needs to be done, by when, who should lead and how to achieve the goal.
