Repealed on Nov. 1, 2024 by 2023, Act 53, Sec. 2a(f)(4).
It is the intent of the Summer Government Accountability Committee to reexamine the principle of government accountability by focusing on how evidence is used to inform policy, how information is publicly conveyed, and how legislation can best be formed to achieve its intended outcomes.
