Resolved by the House of Representatives: That the Special Committee on Impeachment Inquiry is established to investigate whether sufficient grounds exist for the House of Representatives to exercise its constitutional power to impeach Franklin County State’s Attorney John Lavoie or Franklin County Sheriff John Grismore, or both.
