The Special Oversight Committee on Workforce Expansion and Development was created by 2022, Act 183, Sec. 5 and reauthorized by 2024, Act 146 (H.707), Sec. 4 to review and propose changes to the leadership and duties set forth in 10 V.S.A. § 540 and to suggest a set of recommended qualifications to the Governor for consideration for the position of Executive Director of the Office of Workforce Strategy and Development.
