§ 114. Fees
[Subsection (a) effective until January 1, 2024; see also subsection (a) effective January 1, 2024 set out below.]
(a) The Commissioner shall be paid the following fees for miscellaneous transactions:

For purposes of this subsection, a request that completely identifies the information sought for an individual shall mean name and date of birth, and for a vehicle shall mean either the registration number or the vehicle identification number.
