§ 2495b. Coerced debt prohibited [Effective July 1, 2028]
A person shall not cause another person to incur coerced debt. Substantiated coerced debt is not enforceable against the debtor. (Added 2025, No. 106 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 1, 2028.)
