- ANNE DE LA BLANCHETAI DONAHUE of Northfield, Washington County, Republican, was born in Vermont and became a resident of her present town in 1990. Retired in 2023 after 25 years as Editor, Counterpoint, Vermont Psychiatric Survivors, Rutland. She was educated at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC, JD; Boston College, Boston, BA in political science and philosophy; attended Sorbonne, Paris, Cours de Civilisation Française. Inactive member of the bar in Vermont, Washington, DC, and New Jersey. Joint Mental Health Oversight Committee (2003–2014); Green Mountain Care Board Advisory Committee (2013-2018). Past president, Northfield Rotary; St. John the Evangelist parish, Northfield. Member of the House of Representatives: 2003-present.
