Appropriations

This act is the Fiscal Year 2011 Appropriations Act, which provides appropriations for the support of state government during the upcoming fiscal year; it is referred to as the "Big Bill." In addition to providing appropriations, this act also amends and adds substantive provisions affecting state laws and programs.
