Chapter 086 : Underground Utility Damage Prevention System

§ 7005. Notification by System
Upon receiving notice of excavation activities, the System shall notify all member companies whose facilities may be affected. An adequate record shall be maintained by the System to document compliance with requirements of this chapter. (Added 1987, No. 86, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1988; amended 1993, No. 118 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
