§ 1196. Report
Beginning in 1989 and annually thereafter, the Advisory Commission shall file a report on its activities under this subchapter. The report shall be filed with the Agency of Natural Resources, the Governor, and the General Assembly on or before July 15. (Added 1987, No. 208 (Adj. Sess.), § 2; amended 2017, No. 113 (Adj.
