- ROBERT W. NORRIS is a lifelong resident of Franklin County, VT. He graduated high school at Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans in 1975. He obtained his AS in criminal justice from Community College of Vermont in 1994. He retired in 2019 after 30 years in Law Enforcement, the last 20 years as the Franklin County Sheriff. Robert has served on numerous local and National committees during his Law Enforcement career. Robert has also served as Zoning Administrator, town juror, town agent, justice of peace and is still the Moderator for the Town of Sheldon. Robert resides in Sheldon with his wife Elizabeth A. (Callan)and they have four children and ten grandchildren. Religious preference: Catholic: St.Patrick’s Parish.
